Returned from Japan

Just to let you all know we have made it back to the US. A little later than we expected but we praise the Lord that we have made it. It is my prayer that the time spent in Japan will be a blessing to all and that Ps. 126 will be true about this trip: Psalm 126
A song of ascents.
1 When the LORD brought back the captives to [a] Zion, we were like men who dreamed. [b]
2 Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them."
3 The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
4 Restore our fortunes, [c] O LORD, like streams in the Negev.
5 Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.
6 He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.
So many times missions is this grand thing that only certain people experience I was reminded during this trip that mission is simply living your life for God where ever you are at. God uses the hard times so that in the end we can return with great joy. I believe that this is true on this trip. I can name so many things that I was worried about and stressed over before I went and one by one God gave me the grace I needed to get through each circumstance and relationship. I praise God for his faithfulness. I pray that you will join with us as we say among the nations the Lord has done great things for us!!
